You must create an account on the new payment system. Your Click2Gov credentials will not allow access to Selectron.

We encourage customers who pay online, especial those who use the auto pay feature, to set up their new online account prior to the May 10 transition date.

Details about FEUS' new online payment system:

Our online payment system is getting an upgrade!

We’re switching our online payment provider, and the change comes with added benefits for customers who pay online.

The new system is live and available now at https://utilities.fmtn.org/webpay

FEUS has been testing with the new online payment provider, Selectron Technologies, Inc. for the past year. Approximately 12,000 payments are processed online each month making it the number one payment method for our customers. We want to make the payment process as easy as possible for you. Selectron is FEUS’ current interactive voice response (IVR) phone system provider. The addition of online payments comes with an upgrade to the phone system.

Here are the new benefits:

- E-CHECKS: The new online system and upgraded phone system will also allow for e-check payments.

- ONE LOGIN: If you have multiple accounts, you'll now be able to access and pay all your bills with one login. Bills may be paid one at a time or all at once using the shopping cart feature.

- ACCOUNT VIEWING & PAYING MADE EASY: You’ll be able to log in to your account to see charges, usage and seamlessly make payments on multiple accounts.

***NOTE: FEUS customers, especially those who are signed up for autopay service with their debit/credit card, are encouraged to create a new account before the transition on May 10. After this date, customers will no longer be able to access their accounts or make payments through the old system.

If you are scheduled for non-payment disconnect, do not pay online. Please contact Customer Service at 505-599-1353.

If you wish to sign up for Automatic Bank Draft Services, please call Customer Care at 505-599-1353 or send an email Customer Care. Alternatively, you may now opt in for automatically recurring credit card payments by way of the online system.
